Bowen Plumbing provided good service. I requested the following Tuesday morning. The plumbers arrived on time, listened to my concerns, examined the relevant plumbing components, explained the existing deficiencies and proposed remedies for me. Bowen made the needed repairs that same day.

They came out the same day as the call. they were on time called when near home. the plumber was friendly & professional work was done in a timely manner.

Mr. Bower was on time, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced.

David the plumber was on time. I thought the price was too expensive. He was at my home for 30 minutes.

Installation of the counter-top mounted faucet required drilling two holes in a cultured marble vanity top. I didn't know at the time, but plumbers do not drill holes in marble! Once I told Bowen Plumbing what the job entailed, they called a marble company to find out how to drill the required holes before scheduling my appointment. A team of two plumbers arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled time, and did a thorough evaluation of what needed to be done before giving me an estimate. The fee for the toilet repair was $275, which I thought was a bit steep. I expected the vanity repair to be pricey, so $475 didn't surprise me too much.. They did an excellent job drilling the marble counter top and installing the faucet. The water line for the old faucet was in the wall behind the vanity; so they ran new water line thru the base on the vanity, thru the floor, and into the basement. I was afraid the new lines would be obtrusive and interfere with under-cabinet storage, but the plumbers attached them to the back wall and you wouldn't know they were there unless you looked. The entire job took about 2 hours.

They introduced themselves and took precautions to protect our carpets and floors. They explained what they did and before doing it told us the cost. They did a courtesy inspection and were friendly and nice throughout the visit.

The 2 young men that came out were excellent all the way down the line. Very professsional, and if I lived closer would use them all the time. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Bowen called me and apologized for my plumbing experience fiasco. He thoughtfully and patiently explained the mistakes that were made and how they were corrected in his organization. We mutually agreed on fair compensation for my inconvenience. My faith is restored in Angie's List and Bowen Plumbing. Mr. Bowen's phone call justified his stunning 'A' rating. "Stuff happens' Mr. Bowen handled a bad situation with old school professionalism. I will use Bowen Plumbing again based on his superior business ethics.

I feel the price was excessive for a job that did not take 2 hours. The only reason I would not use this company again was because of their price. The plumber was very professional.

Excellent service. Came on Thursday to evaluate repair or replacement. We chose replace and was done the next day.

Excellent. Called 8:00 on Monday AM and it was completed by 2:30.

They repaired the leak, diagnosed the cause (pressure too high), and made the repair as well as solving the cause. Excellent service.

Plumber was delayed about 45 minutes, but called to let me know of the delay. I have used David Bowen for about 13 years and have always found him to be courteous, knowledgeable, honest and efficient and ALWAYS provides excellent service.

David Bowen had been our plumber a l-o-o-ong time! So long we now consider him and his wife, Latina, who handles his office our friends. From day one, he and his people have always been on time and very efficient. His charges are always reasonable. He deserves an AAA rating in our book.

They came the same day as called (called them late afternoon) and replaced the water heater next day.

Very pleasant office staff made appointment for next day after call. Called the next morning to advise plumber was 30 minutes behind schedule. The cold water was not flowing in kitchen faucet. After assessing problem gave estimate of $89 for service call and to clear debris in line. Recommended install of shut off valves and replacing small portions of line in kitchen at total price of $337 which seemed a bit high as work was completed in about 30-45 minutes. Cleaned up area very well and plumber was very thorough and courteous. Would use company again.

Service was fine. Price was not (at least in my view). It took them less than 1 hour to perform the repair. They replaced a heating element in my hot water heater (a 30$ part), and the bill was over $600. Never again.

On Thurs- Arrived as per office schedule. Surveyed water damage and leaking hot water heater, gave estimate, accepted, scheduled replacement for 0900 Friday. Arrived as scheduled, completed job, approx. 2 hours.

Arrived at the house on time and very professional. I showed the problems and he gave me an estimate for work. He and his helper immediately went to work and corrected all problems in very reasonable amount of time. Complete trust and faith in Bowen Plumbing.

Came right on time - repaired 2 leaks and came back later when another leak started.
