The experience wasn't very good overall. The work itself wasn’t too bad, but the miscommunication was terrible. The sales person offered me a 90 day warranty. The management then told me their warranty is 30 days, not 90, but nothing was given in writing. We were waiting for the warranty to be sent to us, but they only sent bills to pay. Finally, about after 60 days, we paid them, but now they’re trying to collect late fees, charging us ridiculous amounts of interest, even though we told them we were waiting for the written warranty. We paid the bill, but not the late fees because of that miscommunication.

Overall, the experience went well. They were very responsive and quick to do things to resolve any issues we had. They communicated very effectively and described what they were doing in excellent detail. I presume that they had fixed the problem as perceived by the tenants.

I don’t know what they charged me for their services because I was out of town and my mother was there at the time. My mother called them before that, and they came and gave her a quote, and she then had the work done. She’s the one that dealt with most of it. She was happy with what they did. She also said that they were friendly and prompt. She was happy with the service that they provided.

We were quite impressed with them. We chose them because they were one of the few services in the phone book that specifically mentioned rodents. They came the same day we called them, did a thorough inspection, and offered suggestions on how to prevent the problem. They baited and set the traps and came back to check them. They were prompt, efficient, personable, and solved the problem. They said they would come back whenever we needed them to. We didn't comparison shop but they solved the problem and we were happy with it.
