+ -1 moreWe have regular maintenance with them. I just think they do a really good job. The young man that does ours is very responsive. I will tell him we are having problems with this kind of a bug and he’ll research it, and he’ll treat that. They are just very responsive.
Description of Work: They come out once a quarter to spray inside and they come out, I think twice a year to spray outside.

+ -1 moreRobert Redden has been my Terminix service person for many years. Over the span of 21 years I've had an occasion to exterminate various types of creatures from my house. Not only my house but also the 7 rentals that I have in Hot Springs Village. Robert Redden has always been very resourceful in his response to my bug problems. If he doesn?t have the answer he doesn?t hesitate to bring in someone that can give extra advice to solve it. Robert is polite, a pleasure to have around and always very, very prompt in his service. If the other Terminix servicemen are as wonderful as Robert, Terminix is an excellent company to do business with.
Description of Work: I've used Terminix for pest control for the past serveral years. Lately I've had a bug problem and Terminix was willing to come back as many times as necessary to rid my house of the bug problem.

+ -1 moreMy coverage expired because I failed to pay the yearly fee in a timely manner. I have been a customer of Terminix for 23 years, and sometimes I get behind on the yearly fee as it is due close to the holiday season. I called them and asked if I could pay and reinstate the policy. They said no, that I would have to start all over as a new customer. They would have to reinspect, and treat the property again. I did not want a treatment as I do not have termites, I just wanted to pick up the policy as I had done in the past. I talked to everyone I could and they would not budge. They had already inspected for the year, all they had to do was reinstate the policy and collect my money at the previous rates. They would not do that! So much for 23 years of me being a loyal customer.
Description of Work: Their termite service is just insurance. They come out once a year, look around the house and leave a bill on the door. They are suppose to inspect the inside of the house, and I think in 23 years they only did that 3 times.
