+ -1 moreEric called to see if he could stop and install a free update I had not been aware of. While he was here, we asked him to correct a couple of other problems we had had. The charge was for the extra work, and I had to insist that he let us pay him!
Description of Work: We have used Spectrum numerous times. They are knowledgeable on PC, Mac, and possibly other systems. Eric is a former IBM employee. They make on-site service calls, recommend, install, and service both hardware and software, and they have a shop at their office where experienced techs perform diagnostics, repairs and recoveries. These folks are terrific!
