He did a bad job! He left things undone, he took the money and didn't finish. He is the worse excavating guy I know!
Description of Work: very dishonest guy! Would not even show up half the time! Very bad behavior! Don't use this guy!

My overall experience with Rocky James excavating was a complete nightmare and I highly recommend not using such a terrible business owner.
Description of Work: Rocky James excavating not only did the worse quality job, he showed up when he choose at his convenience and it took him a week and a half to do a one day job. He flirted and hit on my wife so extreme we pressed charges and he was arrested and found guilty of harrassment charges. I have used about 5 different bulldozer workers and Rocky James was the worst of them all. Had he been a manager of a store he would have been fired. I would not recommend rocky excavating to my worst enemy.
