Perfect, from start to finish.

I wanted to remodel a small bathroom. The floor was half carpet and half tile, and I wanted to replace the whole floor with porcelain tile. I got 3 quotes: $550 from Woeppel Construction (Brad Woeppel), $750 from Dante's, and $1,800 from Handyman Connection. The quotes from Brad and Dante also included installing a travertine tile backsplash. The quote from Handyman connection did not include that work. Brad did my kitchen and hallway a couple of years ago. I liked his service, his price, and his work, so I used him for this bathroom. He showed up the morning that we scheduled, got most of the work done that day, and finished up the next day. He removed the old flooring, including some concrete under the old tile, built up the sub-flooring to account for the concrete that needed to be removed, laid the new tile, and replaced the trim. The job also involved removing and replacing the toilet (which also involved replacing old sealing components) . I already had the tile, thin-set, and grout. He supplied the hardibacker, plywood, trim, and toilet seal components. I originally asked him about adding a travertine tile back-splash, and he included that in his original quote. He later convinced me not to add the back-splash and knocked $40 off his quote. I am very pleased with his service, his advice, his work, and his price. I would definitely use him again. Brad lives in Hot Springs but does quite a bit of work in Little Rock. The easiest way to reach him is to text him at his work number.

Mr. Woeppel is extremely professional, detail oriented, and has some of the best design ideas that I have ever seen. His experience stretches far past any one else that performs this type of work in the Hot Springs area. He is dependable, reliable, and trustworthy.

It was a long but a pleasant experience. Brad worked with me scheduling his work around my need to be able to move certain furniture in during a certain time frame. Because I was out of state he also helped with the utilities and cable companies and even found someone to sell me a boat lift all while I was in Michigan. I am now the owner of a wonderful showplace condo on a lake.
