Great. They did everthing right. Didn't track dirt into the house. The windows were so clean, I had to touch them to make sure they actually installed them!

All windows were replaced in two weeks; would have been completed in one week, but winter weather interrupted operation. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and the workmanship. Each window was measured individually, so all were good fits, despite being installed in an old home.

Very prompt. Answered all my questions. Company called two days later asking if a quality control rep could check the work. Very pleased.

We only had an estiamate done.

Overall I am very pleased with their work and their professionalism. Supervisors regularly checked on the work and followed up with inspections after completion.

All went very well. They started sooner than scheduled and worked every day, finishing in a timely manner. The siding crew leader, Jason, introduced himself and his helpers; they were most professional, friendly, and helpful--answering and explaining all questions I had during the installation process. I was very impressed with how meticulous the installers were in insuring a quality and cosmetically pleasing finish. The Quality Control Supervisor visited periodically to ensure installation meet Wilson's requirements. They cleaned up my yard daily and ensured the gates were securely locked before leaving. The gutters were installed by another team that was just as professional, timely, and quality conscience. They insured that all downspouts directed the water well away from the foundation, as I requested. The salesman, Jay, was also very knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful to me. I am sure that I chose the best provider for this job, one who gives written warranties and has a reputation for standing behind their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was absolutely PERFECT!!

After getting a couple of different quotes from siding installers, I chose to go with Wilson's for my new siding. Their quote *was* the highest, but I appreciated the low pressure sales pitch and the knowledge of the salesmen. The salesman even came out twice to give the pitch because everyone involved in the installer selection process unable to be present at one time. He helped us balance our budget and our aesthetic preferences to come to a decision that made everyone happy. I chose new siding, trim, shutters, columns, and crawlspace doors. Installation of the siding was FAST - a three man crew (a supervisor/foreman + two additional installers) sided my 1200 sq. ft. home in about 5 days. The men arrived at 8:00 am and worked until around 5:00 pm everyday. They were polite, respectful, and as careful with my flowerbeds and outdoor decor as I am. They cleaned up any debris that had fallen every day, so I never had to worry about my dog stepping on stray screws when I let her outside. They reinstalled my mailbox and all my exterior lights, plus they fixed my screen door that had never latched properly! The columns and shutters were installed within a few days of the siding being fully installed. The crawlspace doors were custom-made to fit the openings in my foundation and took the longest to arrive and be installed - they were installed about three weeks after the crew left. Despite that delay, I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work performed and the value I received. I would recommend Wilson's to anyone and would certainly use them again.

The initial contact with the salesman was good, he was friendly, listened to what we wanted, and offered good suggestions. The salesman was not high pressure like other companies we spoke with. Once order was placed, windows were ready even before they had estimated. The company was very punctual and arrived when they said they would. Once they arrived they began working immediately. The workers were polite and friendly. Once they completed the work, they cleaned up adequately.

Overall this was an excellent experience with a good company. I recommend that anyone considering putting siding on ask lots of questions and ask the company to provide pictures or addresses where you can see the work.

Very pleased with Wilson's product and installation. Bought 19 windows for a newly purchased house. Installation was clean, and completed in 1 day. Triple-pane product was likely 'over kill' for this climate, but to get features I wanted, that was the only option. Product appears to be good quality, and installation was good. Due to different product (triple-pane versus double-pane units) it was not quite an "apples to apples" comparison on price. They did get very close to two other competitors' prices. I had used Wilson's previously on my existing house. They provided good service when I had a broken pane in the windows they previously installed.

Windows installed and clean up completed in one day.

From just getting initial information to meeting witht the salesman, getting the estimates, work from start to finish; my experience with Wilson' was very favorable, and I consider them exceptional professionals at what they do & the degree that they go to to provide excellent customer service to their clients. The staff that I dealt with ( Blake, Bryan, Greg, Eric, David, & Don) were all very professional, worked hard, and were courteous & friendly. The window installation took one day, the demolition of the outer walls & rebuilding them took one day, that included installation of 2 windows & two doors also. The siding installation took longer (approx. 4 weeks) due to my house needed a lot of cut in work around soffits, eaves, windows, etc. I was very pleased with the siding installer ( Don) who showed a great deal of attention to detail & was meticulous in his joints, mitres, and installation technique. He was proud of his work& rightfully so; it is a fantastic job! He even took extra time to even out one wall that had a slight bow in it; you can't tell it ever was uneven now! Gutters took less than 4 hours; with only some minor things they had to come back & change. One of the new storm doors arrived with siome slight damage & the wrong hardware; Wilson' got on it quickly, got a new door & had it installed within 2 weeks time. At this writing I'm still waiting to receive all my final warranty paperwork; but the job hasn't been completed for very long. I would recommend them for any of the work I had done: windows, siding, guttering, framing new walls, etc. I appreciated that they use their own staff for their installations; I was very concerned about having reliable individuals coming into my home & not just someone they hired for the day. Overall: Excellent work, highly professional, would use them again, & I highly recommend them - you will not be disappointed!

Wilson's estimate wasn't the cheapest, but was competive. Where they really excelled over the others was in their efforts to keep the communication process flowing, ensuring we received the right product to meet our needs. A real pleasure to work with Wilson crew. On the installation day, everything went smoothly and professionally, taking only two hours from start to finish. When the crew packed up and left, everything was perfect with absolutely nothing out of place. A great experience all the way around.

I got estimates from 3 different companies on replacing all of the windows in my house and one exterior door. I chose Wilson's because they gave the second cheapest estimate and had the best reviews that I could find. They came and replaced 13 windows all in one day with only 3 or 4 people working, and came back at a later date to install the door because it was not ready at the same time as the windows. There was a misunderstanding over whether or not I wanted the 14th window replaced or not so they later came back another day to replace it at a reduced price (even though it was probably my fault). We later decided to have another exterior door replaced and got them to do it because we were so pleased with their previous work. A few days after the installations someone came back to look at the work and make sure there were no problems. I am very happy with the quality of the windows and doors so far, although I have only had them for a couple of months now. They were very easy to get in contact with whenever I needed them and were always early, not just on time. They were very professional, friendly, and trustworthy, I left them at my house by themselves more than once for hours at a time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new windows or doors.

Wilson's estimate was very much in line (if not better) than the other 3 estimates I had. I chose them because of the mannerism of each person I spoke to. I had a million questions and they made sure I was comfortable with all the answers. I told them of some bad contractor experiences I have had in the past and they were ALL very reassuring that they would do things right, and if I wasn't happy with anything they would come back. They did exactly what they said they would! The salesman, the gentleman that measured everything to the installation team - they were ALL extremely professional and accommodating. They even sent out a more experienced trim team to make sure the new trim around the windows was just as detailed and beveled as what they removed. I had no reservations of leaving them alone in my house while I was at work, which isn't something I feel comfortable doing these days. The best part is they even let my dog out at lunch for me and let her back in to save us a trip home. They cleaned everything up when they finished and everything looks great! The house is so much quieter and I could feel the heat reduction immediately as my bedroom was always so hot this time of year. This is one job I am proud of and can honestly say, I have ZERO complaints! Thanks for showing me that there are great contractors out there!

I called to get a quote on residential window glass repair. I have a window with the outer pane broken. The operator told me "To be honest, you should probably call someone who does glass repair." She then told me they only offered window replacement. Whenever anyone from a business tells me "to be honest with you..." and then refers me to someone else w/o trying to sell me or hook me on their services even though they are not the best solution I always take note to call that company back when I do need a servcie they provide!

They were very professional indeed. but they are too expensive. If I could afford them I would have used them but I just think they are priced to high.

There were some delays due to weather (very cold and rainy), but the crews worked hard and got the job completed within a few days of projected completion. They did a good job and were very courteous and professional.

A friend told me about them. I saw their ad on TV and he told me that their prices were reasonable. I called them, got an estimate and had them come out to do it. I was really happy with the outcome.
