We've all heard the negative stories about the siding business, so I was very careful to do a lot of research on Arkansas siding companies before we contracted to do any work. Wilson's had more positive references than any other company and, after meeting with their sales rep, we decided to put our trust in them. Great decision - so far. The sales rep was thorough, knowledgeable and flexible. The price was slightly less than what we had estimated (mainly because of an off-season discount). The installation team was courteous, diligent and very professional. Our house looks terrific now - and no more maintenance concerns (supposedly). If it all maintains as well as advertised, then Wilson's will get an A+ from us, not just an A...

From the time that I first called for an estimate until the job was completed the representatives and installers were here at the time they told me they would be. Two crews were assigned to the job and it was completed in three and a half days. The installers were very courteous and professional. They arrived each day around 7:00 in the morning, after asking if that time was okay with me for them to start working, and remained on the job until at least 5:00 in the afternoons, and sometimes later until it began getting dark. I never saw any of the six installers not doing something during the time they were here. Every one of them seemed to have a job to do and did it without having to be told what to do next. They cleaned up around the house every afternoon before they left for the day and asked it if would be okay for them to leave their trailers with the materials at the house. Even after the final inspection by the supervisor, who had checked the work in progress every day, I received a call from the estimater asking if I was happy with the job and if I had any questions or concerns. I am extremely pleased with both the appearance of the house as well as the worksmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend Wilson's to anyone I know who is considering having siding installed on their house.

I couldn't have asked for better service and professionalism! I called six window companies from Angie's List trying to get a couple quotes to compare. Two scheduled appointments and never showed up, two others never returned my call & one wouldn't quote a one window job. Wilson's was the only company that came through for me. My job was originally small, only 1 window in a bathroom where we were converting a claw foot tub into a shower. Even though the job was small Wilson's still came out and provided a free quote (on a Saturday too). After the quote we decided that we wanted to go ahead a replace more windows. I called Wilson's and they came back out to provide an updated quote, no questions asked and were glad to do it. Marty was very professional and knowledgeable and helped me out with many questions both times he came out and over the phone. He didn't pressure us and left me and my wife to think everything over without hard pushing a sell. The installation team was flawless. The foreman that ran our job was one of the most professional contractors I've ever met (I work for a contracting company myself). They were at our house 10 minutes early on day of installation. They used sticky mats at entrances to our house, used caution tape around all work areas, covered all our furniture with visquene and tape for protection, covered interior doorways, cleaned up all construction debris, left the old windows for my wife's craft projects, caulked and cleaned all joints and seals, cleaned all glass spotless, instructed us on proper operation of all windows and gave advise on steps to take in the springtime for proper maintenance. It was 5 degrees the day they came out to work (01/06/2013) but the crew worked like the weather conditions were optimal. They took a short lunch break around 2:00 pm but didn't stop work otherwise until they were completely finished. A+! There's no doubt that I will use Wilson's again and refer them to anybody.

They were great. The did a great job on the work and matching the wood stain. It was awesome.

Wilson's did an excellent job over all. There were a few small communication issues. Initially they told me they wanted to begin on a Saturday. It was Friday when they told me this. I scurried around and got some things in the yard out of their way and arranged to stay home Saturday morning to talk to the installers when they started. No one showed up on Saturday and no one ever called and said they weren't coming. I had to work and had trips out of town most of the next week so I just let them go ahead and work. The installation crew did good work and did one or two small things they really did not have to do but I appreciate what they did. There were a couple of small items related to the installation details that did not get communicated clearly to the installers. This resulted in a little bit of rework but in the end it was done correctly. When they began the yard was full of leaves. I think this led to some sloppiness. We found quite a few nails and pieces of trim and siding in the leaves after they left. I can understand it would have been extra hard for them to see all the stuff with the leaves.

Was a little annoyed by the high pressure sales pitch but windows are awesome and installed perfectly. Always try to haggle because the mark up is huge.

They started on Nov 6th and finished on Nov 16th. The house loks wonderful. I didn't check with any other siding company, so I can't comment on how their prices compare to everyone else. I asked around with my realtor, roofer and some others, and they said Wilsons was the one to use for a quality job. After seeing the house completed, I would have to agree completely. I am sure I could have gotten it done cheaper, but not with same quality of work and superior materials. The difference in their siding and that you can buy at Lowes, is like the difference in thick cardboard compared to a sheet of paper. No comparison, Wilsons used the best materials. I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to anybody.

Wilson's was very professional in all of my dealings with them from the estimator all the way through the installers of the windows. The men who installed them were on time, worked on the windows & cleaned up in a very timely manner. They were pleasand and very professionsl. In these days you get what you pay for, and I feel like I received a quality product and very professional and classy treatment. Thanks to Wilson's!

I called Wilson Home Improvements on Tuesday afternoon and they said they would have a salesman at my house the next day at 4:00 pm. Blake, the salesman called at 3:55 and said he was caught behind a school buss and would be about 5 minutes late. Talk about great service. Blake arrived and we went over what we wanted done and the amount we wanted to spend. Blake came up with options that allowed us to replace more windows with better quality than we ever imagined. There was never any pressure put on us to spend more than our original budget. It was about 10 days to get the custom made windows and door into their shop. Wilson called and made an appointment for the following Monday for installation and said their crew would arrive at 8:30 am. At 8:27 am Jonathan and David arrived and started working. They worked hard all day and took very few breaks, so they could finish the installation in one day as promised. They were able to finish at approx. 8:00 pm and I must say the detail was unbelievable. They caulked around every square inch of the windows and door, then cleaned them. They hauled off all the old construction materials and demonstrated how the windows and door worked before leaving. Brian the foreman came by a couple of days later to inspect and find out if we had any problems with the work that was done. Of-course, there were no problems and Brian left me information to call if we ever ran into any problems. I would like to express my thanks to Blake, Jonathan, David and Brian for the outstanding job they performed at our house and would tell anyone looking for home improvements to call Wilson's Home Improvements.

We were extremely well pleased with all aspects of their work. All windows were installed & cleaned in two days, and old window debris completely removed. The installers were courteous, efficient and completely professional. Upon completion, aA tutorial was given on how the windows open for cleaning, and warranties were explained completely.

Everything was absolutely fantastic with Wilson's! The salesman was very prompt to discuss our window options. He even came out on a Saturday to discuss them. After we signed a contract, Wilson's called to schedule an installer to come to our house and measure all windows. They worked with me to pick the best time for me. After a couple of weeks the windows were delieverd to Wilson's, and they called to schedule the day to install. The crew was there at 7:45 ready to work! They laid down tarps to protect the floor and furniture as they installed the windows. After installation they reviewed how they worked. They even re-installed the blinds after they were done. Though the price was higher than other estimates we got, they were top-notch from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone else.

On first visit, sales representative was courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. I asked for an estimate on new siding and columns for my home, and received it promptly. I did not purchase any services at that point because the price was too high (about $33,000) compared to other companies in my area (about $16,500). Another sales representative contacted me later and offered to review the previous estimate to determine if an error had been made. Again, the representative was courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable when he came to my home. Upon reviewing the previous estimate and an estimate from another local company, he gave me a new estimate of about $18,500. Based upon the excellent reviews that Wilson's has received for the quality of their work, I decided to use this company. Their work was excellent, my house looks even better than I had hoped for. All of their workers were polite and professional. Several months after the work was completed, I noticed that a few pieces of trim on the back porch were warped and did not lay down flat. I called Wilson's to report the problem, and they fixed it immediately. After Wilson's completed siding my home, I used a different company to install new gutters. The representative from that company commented on my beautiful siding and asked which siding company did the job. When I told him it was Wilson's, he said that should have known it was Wilson's because they always do such good work.

This was the most professional job from start to finish I have ever experienced! I cannot say enough good things about the service that was performed or the products that were installed. The Marketing team thoroughly explained the options available and offered helpful suggestions based on their experience. From a budgetary perspective, I appreciated knowing up-front what the total cost would be, with no hidden charges or add-on fees. The price included hauling off and disposing the used material which saved me from cleaning up after the job was complete. The crew arrived punctually and went to work immediately. They worked non-stop until completion. They would not even rest for a lunch break or slow down to enjoy some water, a cup of coffee, or a soft drink. Every time they entered the house, they walked on protective coverings they spread out on the floors and also slipped "booties" on over their work shoes. When complete, they demonstrated how to properly operate the windows and doors and reviewed in detail the features; they explained how to use different setting to achieve various effects. They also pointed out the special serial number affixed to each window and explained that if any problem occurred resulting in a replacement, all we had to do was to provide the unique serial number. It was absolutely amazing! After installation, a follow-up telephone call was made to insure all was done properly and we were satisfied and asked if there were any questions. A week after installation, a supervisor came by to inspect the job and make sure all was working as it should be, we knew all about the operation and different features, and asked if the clean-up was done to our satisfaction; a couple of weeks after this, another supervisor visit came over to double check everything was done properly, professionally, and superbly - it was! I cannot believe how quiet the house is and how much cleaner it is now with the new windows installed and sealed so well. It really makes you wonder about the amount of dust and pollen that previously worked its way into the house through the old windows - yuck!

It went great. They did the job just like they said. The most friendly respectiful people i've done business with in a long time. Had to have them back once on one of my windows that had a small crack and they were there within a few days with a new window. I could have saved a few bucks with another company but I"m glad I choice this company.

Wilson's did a great job from start to finish. They returned my call the same day and was able to send someone out to give me an estimate within the week. They were able to work with my schedule and install the windows on a Sunday. The price is very reasonable for great windows that have a lifetime warranty. We will be calling them if we want other windows replaced in the future.

The experience with Wilson's Home Improvement was very pleasant and stress free. After many years of frustration with another company it was quite a relief to have a company that honored and respected me as a customer. The window was put in quickly and correctly. They cleaned up any mess that they made and ensured that I was satisfied before leaving my home. The techs answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable of the product and the installation process. I am very pleased and relieved to finally have my window fixed.

They did an excellent job. The young men worked in the heat. They worked very hard. They supervisor came out and inspected the work when they were done. They were the highest bid but, I heard so many good things about them I decided to use them.

This was a first class customer experience the whole way. I contacted Wilson's and was promptly contacted by a salesman on the phone. We made an appointment and he showed up exactly on time. Salesman was very knowledgeable and was more that willing to answer my questions. They ask for half the cost upfront and balance when the job is done. This is reasonable. The windows are made to order and they were completed exactly when promised. Received a call from the lead supervisor and we set a date for installation. The were 10 minutes early the first day and started immediately. The install took three full days (large house, 36 windows total). All members of the crew were friendly and professional. They left no trash or scrap material that i could find. They say they will replace any rotten wood found while replacing windows and they do in fact live up to this as a couple of window sills were replaced. Every business should be run the way this one is run.

They are very well known. They were great. They do what they say they are going to do. They were dependable, polite and courteous. Everything ran smoothly. The siding is very expensive and it was fair priced.

The entire process went rather smoothly even during rain which occurred more than once. The team was very hard-working and took very few breaks. There was excellent quality control by various supervisors who checked on the work being done every step of the way.We were pleased with the results. Mike Lee did an especially good job and was very helpful and patient with our questions.
