100% satisfied. Estimator came out, no high pressure sales tactics but he provided lots of information. He estimated Windows and siding, but I was also having other things done to the house. We chose to wait on the siding for the immediate time being. Window estimate was slightly higher than others, siding estimate was lower than others. Promptly received a call the following week to come do final measurements, about two to three weeks later the Windows were installed. Excellent installation, installers left no mess. Best bang for the buck in terms of quality window. Best installers around.

I called Wilson Home Improvement about a week ago and told the young lady who answered the phone I would like an estimate for one window - a GLASS BLOCK window. Her response was, "Oh, the obscure glass blocks?" And I replied, "yes, exactly." She told me Wilson's did the blocks and we scheduled an appointment for today at 9 a.m. The sales rep was very punctual, arriving exactly at 9 a.m. I took him to the window, walking through the house I told him I eventually wanted to replace ALL my windows, but for the time being I had the bathroom project to complete. We got to the window I wanted replaced and I told him I wanted a glass block window to replace the stained glass window. His response? "We don't really do glass block windows anymore because we had problems with leaking, they're not energy efficient and ... " I said, that's what I wanted ANYWAY. He asked WHY I wanted them. ??? I WANT THEM. PERIOD. He said it would cost about $1,000 -- (for an approx. 22" x 30" bathroom window? -- RIDICULOUS!). Don't set appointments and waste people's time just to get a salesman's foot in the door! Maybe your glass block windows leaked because your installers didn't install them correctly! Yes, I need a WHOLE HOUSE FULL OF WINDOWS -- would I call Wilson Home Improvement? NOT IN A MILLION YEARS.

Great job from start to finish! I am a firm believer in the "best of the best for less" slogan. The sales staff, and installation staff were first rate and very professional! The estimate was not the lowest (but it was also not the highest) but the quality of these widows is incredible!!!! the installation was fast, and these guys cleaned up so well, it never even looked like they were there. When I get my new doors, I will not shop around for a better price, the have earned my business for life!

Jill met with Don, a salesman for Wilson's, to get an estimate for replacing windows at our rental property. She stated that Don was prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Wilson's representative triple-checked his measurements to make sure they were accurate. Isaac and his team put in all of the windows and the storm door. It was quite a task, as the windows were oddly shaped and required them to make a visit to Home Depot to get framing materials. The guys spent the whole day working on installing the windows and the storm door. You would think that this task would be problematic, but Jill was amazed that they were so professional and courteous and that they seemed to enjoy their job. Wilson's stood fast to their estimate, as there were no surprise costs. I cannot imagine hiring anyone other than Wilson's in the future. Clem Goss the estimator made three trips and spent about 6-7 hours helping us make a decision. John, Rusty, and the other crew were extremely professional in their craftsmanship, helpfulness, and professional competence.

One night in January the temp dropped to 13 degrees and my windows started sweating and in a bathroom I had ice cycles hanging off the window. I knew it was time to replace them. After having 2 estimates one being pella .Paul Cook came out and did a great demonstration with a freeze test and a heat lamp plus explained the the frame work and the warranty on them .The 30 year warranty and the replacement for accidental breakage and a transferal of warranty I must say he was impressing and I was impressed with the windows. He explained that one window would be sent to 2 different factories because the top was round. Paul told me when they would come in and they did. An appointment and a time was set up. The installers ( Isaac and Carl ) Came out and got stated on time.They worked all day and got them all insulated and installed and were good at cleaning all things up. They allowed me to have a conversation with them while they work and was very glad to explain to me all they were doing while they did there job..both (Isaac and Carl ) work till they had to use flash light to put there tools in there trailer .Carl came back the next morning, and it was a Saturday, and was on time at 8:00. I would have still been in bed on a Saturday but not Isaac. He finished the outside trim around the windows and got them all caulked. when he left you could not tell they had been here except how much better my house looked with the new windows . I did notice that one of the windows that was in the 3 windows together ( the rounded one ) the part with the locks in the center was about 1 inch off but it was not noticeable. When I called and explain it to someone at wilson's I was told they would be glad to change it at no cost to me. I told them it was not a big deal but he insisted to discus the issue with Paul Wilson.About 4 days later a courtesy check for 200.00. they did not have to do that but to me that showed they cared about their customer satisfaction.. Am I satisfied with their workmanship and their concern for my happiness with the windows ? ABSOLUTELY I will always reccomend them to my family and Friends . I am one happy camper !!!!

Prompt response to my initial request for details about their services and products. Very polished presentation (with even more information than I really needed). Had exactly the style and quality of siding that we wanted and at a reasonable price. . Started and completed the job in a timely, friendly and professional manner. The crew we had was excellent and responsive to any comment or request we made. . House looks brand new. We are extremely pleased with both the product and the service. . Recently requested an adjustment to the installation. They made it quickly, without any hassle at all, and at no additional cost. . Highly recommend this company (*****) and would most definitely use them again...

The project went very well. The job was completed on schedule. The team took about four days to get the work done, and worked well together. The work went smoothly because of well coordinated teamwork. The crew paid particular attention to the safety of the work site. At the end of each day, the work area around the house was absolutely clean. They also were very careful to protect the surfaces adjacent to the installs. After the installations, I inspected all of the windows and the surrounding areas very carefully and found nothing to complain about. I was impressed that Wilson's sent an inspector who checked the installation and operation of every window. He found a couple of flaws, and a minor ding in the plaster around one of the windows and arranged to have them fixed. (I had missed these.) Overall, I am very pleased with the work provided by Wilson's. The crew was very professional, worse well together, and were well supervised. The quality of the windows, trim, and their installation is excellent. All during the job, Wilson's sent supervisors to monitor the progress and quality of the work.

As most people know all good windows, especially custom made are very expensive. I got three bids and Wilson was not the highest nor the lowest bidder. We chose Wilson based on what we thought was the highest quality windows, and the professionalism of the sales rep for the price. Our windows were more costly than most because they were all custom made which drove the price up.

They were a great company to work with. We hired them to do an estimate on our windows. They were quick, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

I don't write many online reviews, but Wilson's definitely deserves one. Every Wilson's representative that I dealt with (Scott, Isaac, Mike, and others) was extremely courteous and professional. The biggest things that stood out to me were punctuality (they always arrived when they said they would) and commitment. For example, when I signed the contract to begin the work, we realized that my sales rep had accidentally quoted me a price for one less window than I needed. However, he admitted the mistake and stood by the original price! There are very few companies that would do that. After the work was completed, there was some leftover debris around the outside of the house, and Mike personally cleaned all all of it up. Thanks Mike! I obtained bids from three companies, and I am glad I chose Wilson's. I'm 100% confident that I got the best quality work for the best possible price. I will definitely call Wilson's next time I have to replace windows or siding.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. This company is very professional. I have the best looking siding in my neighborhood by far. They were a little higher on price, but worth every penny. My neighbor is redoing his siding, because it looks so bad next to mine!

Excellent work, my house looks beautiful. After the siding job was done, I hired another company to install new gutters. The representative from the gutter company commented on my beautiful siding and the quality of the work. When he asked who did the siding and I told him it was Wilson's, he said that he should have guessed it was Wilson's because they always do excellent work. A few months after the job was completed, I noticed that some of the trim on my back porch did not lay down flat, it looked a little warped. I called Wilson's, and they fixed the problem immediately.

While some say I could have gotten all of the same services done cheaper elsewhere, I was impressed by the guarantees that Wilson's had to offer. I did like the fact they promised with my windows that if anything happened to them for whatever reason, that they guarantee them and would come fix them, so this sold me to them, even if it was at a premium. I had several other companies come by my house and attempt to sell me the same services and attempt to pressure me into their services, and some more into their financing more than their services. I appreciated the fact that Blake, their estimator, asked me once if I had intentions on financing with them, of which I applied no, and then never brought it up again. Blake also never came back by asking me when I was ready to go or pressuring me into their sale after the initial sales pitch (of which I called and asked them for). Overall, I was impressed by his professionalism. The crews that came and performed the work were very professional, cleaned up and never got in the way of any of our regular household activities as much as they could. I did my windows and siding on seperate jobs, as I had a roof done somewhere in between by a different contractor. Overall I would recommend their services to anyone.

Crew of two neatly attired Arkansans arrived promptly, explained game plan, worked efficiently through the day & into the darkness to complete the job in one day. Very considerate of our comfort and feelings. Explained everything well. Used drop cloths and left no mess. Cleaned the glass. Demonstrated how to work the windows properly. Windows were expensive, but you get what you pay for. Showed where previous contractor screwed up and caused wood to rot around existing windows, and how their work would prevent similar problems in the future. It was my mistake to install el-cheapo windows 8 years ago from a shady contractor. Existing windows just didn't hold up, & we couldn't get replacement parts when the windows' frame attachments began breaking and glass began frosting. Wilson's quality control inspector came by the house several days later to inspect the job, interview me for my personal expectations and satisfaction, and ensure the job was done correctly. They're a class act, and I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

I called Wilsons and they set up an appointment with the salesman Randy McCaslin, who was somewhat new to the company, he said he learned a lot because I asked a lot of questions. If he didn't know the answer he called and found out the answer immediately. Vincent Robbecke did the final measurements before the doors were ordered. John Williams did a good job on the installation.There was an issue with one of the deadbolt locks and an issue with the front door that had to do with my existing door not their installation. Vincent Robbecke came back out and did the final inspection and corrected both issues. I am very happy with Wilsons and the Falcon doors. I like the door construction better than the ones you get at the big hardware stores. I have had previous storm doors installed by the big hardware store and it did not come close to the quality of this installation. The employees of Wilsons were always on time, very polite and helpful. I would absolutely use them again.

Wilson's did an excellent job from start to finish! The salesperson, Matt, who came by to do the initial measurements and quote was great. We had had a quote from another vendor prior to Wilson's coming, and that person was a little pushy and didn't really listen to us and what we wanted. Matt demonstrated the different options they offered for windows and did a heat test on each to show the differences. He explained everything very well and accommodated what we wanted without pushing us to go for the most expensive option. On the installation side, the crew showed up right on time...actually a few minutes early! They were veey efficient and professional and had our 9 windows replaced and everything cleaned up within 6 hours! We would definitely recommend Wilson's!

I decided to go to them because they put in windows in the Hot Springs and fall and we were very pleased. We have found them through Angie's Lists to find somebody to do windows so we hired them. I think my wife was pleased and we have talked to them about gutter cover and they said they have. In May now; we hired them and they're quick, prompt and courteous.

I have an older home, so there were a few issues, but they were very helpful. They are very nice folks and I was pleased with their work.

The estimator was well prepared. The freeway was shut down due to an accident but he still made it to our location late in the day. This accommodated our needs as we had driven from Oklahoma to Arkansas for the purpose of getting the estimate. He was thorough in explaining the different choices and helping us find the best of value for our budget. They had the person who would order the windows come and confirm the measurements to insure that there would be no difficulty when it came time to install the products. They worked with our schedule to set an installation date and arrived on time despite a prediction of rain. They were efficient and professional. They were meticulous in the installation. We are very pleaded with the results in both appearance and function. The difference in street noise was immediately noticeable as was the amount of time the air conditioner ran. I would highly recommend this company and their products, which are American made.

I am totally satisfied with all aspects of this business transaction. The young crew was very professional and courteous. The job was completed within the time limits specified by the company. Clean up each day was done as briefed. End of job cleanup was total with no complaints at all. I would recommend this Company and the young crew that worked on my house, to anyone.

This was my second purchase from Wilson's Home Improvement. The first time, I only wanted some damaged ones replaced. But the tenants liked the new ones so well one told me he would pay half for his if I would have them replace the rest. One of the first windows had been broken by something thrown from a lawnmower. When they were measuring for the second batch I asked them how I could get it repaired and the rep told me it would be replaced free of charge since it was one of theirs. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional. They let me know exactly when they would arrive, and one time the guys were even an hour early. They had some problems such as a frame arrived from the factory with a crack in it, but they didn't stop until they had everything right and I was totally satisfied.

'From the initial visit from the salesman to end of the job, everything was fantastic. Every single person I dealt with was so professional, yet personable as well. The whole thing from start to finish was flawless. If I had questions, they were immediately answered to my satisfaction and addressed if needed. From my experience with this company it is dedicated to quality customer service as well as quality materials. I have a lifetime guarantee on my siding and windows and you don't get that usually. I am very pleased with Wilson's. Every single crew that came out was great. Different jobs get different crews. So I had 3 crews. I loved them all. Good job Wilson's. I recommend you.
