Description of Work: Replaced all eleven windows in the home in a single day. Work was very professionally done, the results were immediately apparent, and cleanup was completely done to our satisfaction. The neighbors that commented all gave the window looks high marks, and so do we.

Description of Work: Siding and new windows. The work is beautiful. We are currently very pleased. The price was very high but they were very thorough, professional, and a site supervisor/inspector came out at least two times to make sure things were done correctly. We have seen other siding and window jobs and we feel ours looks superior.

Description of Work: Wilson's removed old windows for our entire house and replaced them with new windows. We were very impressed with the installers. They even worked during a heavy snow event. Outside noise is much less now and we do not have any drafts from the windows. We had a lower price from another company but are very happy that we contracted this company.

We have used a lot of contractors in the area and Wilson's is one of the few we like. In fact, we had some siding hanging down that had come loose. They came and fixed it for us free of charge because we had gotten a quote from them.

+ 0 moreWe spent about $5,000 on that work. They did excellent work and it was perfect. The workers were very pleasant, knowledgeable and really knew what they were doing. They also worked really hard not to disturb us. We had a cat that has surgery and we had to move him around while they were doing the windows and they were great about that. They would wait and let us get him out of the way. We would tell others to definitely use them and that they are definitely a great company.
Description of Work: We used Wilson’s Home Improvement Co. in August and they installed 6 grid windows, 3 storm doors and a regular door.

Description of Work: Originally did an estimate on windows only, but after another company did a windows and siding (I have a brick home) estimate combo, I called Wilson's back and requested a sidings estimate as well. I was extremely impressed with their presentation on both windows and sidings, plus their price was lower than the other two estimates I received. Very professional, very friendly, and very efficient. I have already called them back in reference to having a storm door installed.

+ -1 moreThe sales rep was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The estimate was not the highest or the lowest but seemed to be quite reasonable for the amount of work to be done. The two man crew arrived promptly and got right to work. They were personable and professional and worked without a break. The work was finished in two days rather than the three that I had been told it would take. The men removed all the old windows and cleaned up after themselves quite well. There was a follow-up visit by someone from Wilson's to make sure everyting was done to may satisfaction. I was very impressed by the whole experience and now believe the testimonial ads that Wilson's runs on TV.
Description of Work: Replaced all the old windows with 17 double hung windows and replaced a patio door and, unasked, repaired a rotted area around the patio door and replaced a damaged piece of trim.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job! They were wonderful. They had a supervisor daily checking on the work and ensuring we were happy with the work. On a follow up someone came to check the work. They found a couple things they didn't like and sent a worker to fix it. A supervisor came back to make sure we were happy with the corrections, and also that they had been completed to his specifications. They were right about the middle with the estimates we got. We feel like we got a lot more than we paid for.

It turned out that the windows that I originally ordered would not work and they had to order an upgrade which they did at no charge. There were a couple other problems that arose during the installation that the did not charge for. I was very happy with this company and happy that they honor their quotes. The workmen were very good. The finished product exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs window work.

+ -1 moreThis was a great company to work with. No "hard sale" from the representative, he returned all calls and answered questions along the way. The siding crew was efficient, kept the area as clean as possible, and made sure to close the gates so my dogs would not escape. The supervisor checked in a few times, and noticed a couple of problems at the end of the job that he had fixed right away. Very good experience overall, I would recommend them.
