Did not use this company.
Description of Work: Provided an estimate for siding for soffit and fascia on a brick home. The typical job, remove old metal siding and install new vinyl siding. I checked with two other siding companies in the area with a result of $6,000.00 less for the same work. One of the companies even quoted the same brand of siding. I tried calling Wilson's salesman that quoted the work to ask why the difference but I could never reach him. (Three calls made over a three week period.) Final was able to reach someone who said they were a manager. I asked him why the difference in price and all he could tell me was they had more people and/or inspectors to work the job(s). He could not justify the price so I went to another company.

I am the one you spoke to and you were focused solely on the cost of the panel. I explained to you that over 50% of the investment is labor and I did justify the added expense. I informed you that the siding and window industry is unregulated. Most companies install siding improperly and it voids the manufacturer’s warranty, which is NOT what the customer wants. Wilson’s Home Improvement has developed installation protocol and spends hours training our crews to install it correctly. We have paid supervisors who check during and after installation to make sure those protocols are being adhered to because we want our customers to have a QUALITY installation and have an exceptional experience with our company. Obviously, all of these things will cause your investment to be more expensive. In our industry, you definitely get what you pay for. As you can see from other reviews of our company, those who chose Wilson’s Home Improvement are thrilled with their experience. Our customers definitely see the value in what we do and appreciate the fact that we actually care about our installations and our reputation. Description of Work: Met with us to show us their siding products, helped us choose a good color combination, promised an installation time frame, and met their promise to install by that date. Weather may have caused a day or two delay in starting, but the job was completed on time. It looks great.

Description of Work: Wilson replace all windows in house (and there were a lot) with triple pane. They were right on time, took pride in their work, very friendly, cleaned up everything nice and tidy. Found one window cracked a few days later, called them they came out replaced it and gave us a 100.00 check for the issue. I would definitely use them again!!!!

Description of Work: We had triple pane windows installed and siding put on our home. |Jason and his crew did a wonderful job on our siding. They were so friendly and did such a professional job. Our windows were put in within a few hours and the change was amazing. Our 65 year old house was transformed in a matter of days to a thing of beauty. We love driving in each day and seeing a new looking house. Everything was cleaned up each day and there were never any surprises. From the start we were called every few days to let us know what was going on and to let us know when things would be starting and how long it should take. We could not have asked for a better group to be at our house everyday. I enjoyed coming home from work each day and seeing what had changed and being greeted by the guys. Their inspector came out twice during the process to make sure everything was to their and our satisfaction. We would recommend Wilson's Home Improvement to anyone needing windows or siding. Our experience was fantastic!!!

The siding and window industry is an unregulated industry in regards to the installation process. Wilson's has created a protocol installation system for our installers, and we also employ salaried supervisors in company trucks that we keep in the work field to enforce our protocol installation system. Most companies have a service department that fixes problems after installation, whereas, we choose to make sure things are done correctly during initial installation. Another company's estimate may come in $1000 under our estimate, however, due to our protocol installation system they net more profit for their company. Obviously, these are additional overhead costs that our competitors do not incur. They also often use inferior products and Wilson's uses the best materials in the market. I hope that the above facts can help you further understand that these costs insure that our customers receive a high quality product and installation every time. We were extremely pleased not only with their product, work ethic and professionalism but also with the results we obtained from the significant lowering of our heating and cooling costs.
