Description of Work: This service was selected by the "blind" process of the mortgage company. This provider had appraised the property for the estate selling the property as well and did not disclose to me. He even used the old photos. He did not respond to my emails. I was not happy with the lack of customer service, the use of old appraisal information abd the fact he did not reveal the conflict to me.
