Description of Work: They cleaned ducts and dryer washer vents. I set the appointment, they called when they were on their way, then their office called to make sure everything was going well while they were here. They gave me an estimate, explained how they would clean then proceeded with the work with my consent. The office who made the appointment and the guys doing the work were friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. It went so well I called back to arrange cleaning some furniture of my mother-in-laws which my son was "inheriting". It was super nasty. When the worker was done it looked like the day it was purchased! I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: They did a wonderful job of cleaning all the carpet in the house. It was empty and worked on a few stains. The tech was on time and professional. I would use them again.

Description of Work: We contacted Steamatic in early January to see if they would give us an estimate on carpet cleaning for our home. Dwight arrived promptly at the prearranged time on January 11, 2012. He was very thorough in going through our home and discussed with us at length about what we wanted and expected. At that time he gave us his price. We felt confident in doing business with this company. The day before our service was due, Steamatic called to confirm our appointment. On the morning of January 18, Sam called to say he was on his way. He and John arrived right on time. They explained exactly what they were going to do and went right to work. They were extremely careful as they moved the furniture around and placed it back exactly where it was supposed to be. They were both polite and friendly and very professional. The day after our cleaning service, Steamatic called again to make sure we were happy with the job they did, and to see if we had any questions. From our experience, Steamatic is a very customer oriented company. We would certainly do business with them again and will recommend them to friends.
