+ 0 moreThey are one of the most difficult utility companies we have ever dealt with. Girls in the office are friendly and courteous. Company policies are archaic at best. Zero concern about the customer. We purchased a condo and we’re trying to transfer service. They do not have a way to transfer service. Make old owners disconnect then you have to make an appointment wait for them to come install as a new customer. Even with a sales contract and a letter of permission allowing to transfer service from previous owner they would not even take our application or set up time until old owner disconnected and turned in modem. Also for a supposed technology company you cannot even set up service online. Horrible company to deal with for sure.
