Reliable Propane LLC

They arrived on time and checked the tanks. Neither tank needed to be filled.

We worked with them for several month as we shopped around for the best deal and the gas log we wanted. They were so patient with us.

after moving to a new house, i could not turn on the fireplace nor could i figure out how it worked. i got the pilot light lit, but could not turn on the burners. i had no idea what company owned the propane tanks in the yard or whether they had any propane in them. i called bruce at reliable propane and spoke with him. he explained where to look on the tanks for a company name, then told me what company owned them even though the tank label did not have the proper name on it. he explained what my options were -- go with the other company, get them to service the fireplace, explain it to us, and replace/refill the tanks, or hire reliable to take care of this. he explained their pricing to me. when i called the other company, they could not service the fireplace for another week, and their price was comparable to reliable. i called bruce back and set up an appointment for a reliable serviceman to come the next day. the serviceman was friendly and professional. he changed the propane tanks quickly, looked at the fireplace and explained what all the knobs and switches did. he then turned on the fireplace. it was great.
