Excavation
Mahan and Son's is great. We had another company out before them that did not know what they were doing. Then we dug up a lot of the dirt to get to the piping. We could not find the septic tank. So got rid of Mr Rooter and called Mahan and Sons. Since majority of the work was done the cost was less . But the if we had not done anything his price still would have been reasonable. We also have a problem with water flow to our house since land slopes toward the house. Mahan and Sons was able to put in under ground piping but due to drive on and amount of work involved we were advise it would be better to make our own trench. Mahan and Sons told us what to get and do so we and was very inexpensive. Although they were able to handle the job they were honest and saved us money. You can not go wrong with Mahan and Sons' Excavating.
