 + -1 moreOwner responded to telephone message promptly. Came out next day and said we needed freon but he didn't have any with him. Sent his assistant Carl out two days later to put freon in. The owner guesstimated we would need about 2-1/2 lbs of freon, but when assistant Carl came out to put it in, he found we only needed 6 oz. I think I would ask for his assistant next time I needed to call, I was very impressed with him and his knowledge of our unit.

 + -1 moreThey come twice a year. I would recommend them to a family or friend. I've been very happy with their service. The quality is good, they're very professional, and they come when they say they will, which is very good. I have never compared prices We make an appointment and they show up on the dot. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them.
Description of Work: They came November the 16th for routine maintenance. They checked the refrigerant pressure, cleaned the coils, and put new filters in.
