Description of Work: I called the number given on Angie's List. Another realtor answered and told me Ms. McKay was working only very sporadically and not frequently in the office. I decided not to contact her by her cell phone.

+ -1 moreI had a very good overall experience with Diania and ERA Real Estate. Diania didn't stop when she sold me my condo. She arrainged for fianacing options which I used because they had the best deal I could find. She hooked me up with a contractor who had done several condos and houses on the Lake and was very reasonable. She also kept an eye on the progress because I was out of state working for several months. When the time was right she also introduced me to an interior designer to help buy furniture and decorate the interior. She did all but buy a boat for me.
Description of Work: I met with Diania the summer of 2010 and told her of my desire to own property on Lake Hamilton in Hot Sprins Ar. She ask all the right questions about how much I wanted to pay and the types of homes I would consider. She took the information and said she would kep her eyes open for the right type of property. She didn't try to upsell or try to convince me that I need what they had to offer instead of what I wanted. After a couple of monts she call and told me there were two condos that had just become available and could I get down to Hot Springs to look at them. I just happen to be in Ar. visiting at that time so I went to see her and found a condo that was unbelieveable. She helped me make an offer that was accepted and just beat out someone else by 10 minutes. I actually had a great experience with a real estate agent and now own a lake front condo in Hot Springs.
