Description of Work: Josh and his family/crew completely remodeled both of our bathrooms that were 40 years old this year and did a wonderful job on both. There were a few additions to the original price because of things we decided to add and a couple things that were left off the original estimate but we knew the price was going to be higher than the original. He tore out the shower in one bath and replaced it with new cultured marble wainscot, window sills and shower backing. The main bathtub was completely removed along with all the tile, stool, glass brick wall, counter top, tile floor and cabinet fronts. These were replaced with all new hardware in brushed nickle, a full shower where the tub had been, new tile on the floor, cultured marble wainscot, double sinks, shower surround and refaced the vanity with new drawers and doors. My only suggestion would be to sit doawn and write out everything you might want to discuss during the estimate and make sure everything you wanted in written down.
