+ -1 morePersonality wise, I wasn't really impressed with the person that came out the first time but then after that I was okay with other people. We are not going to use them again because we found someone cheaper and that we like better.
Description of Work: We had a bid from B&A Heating and Air Conditioning Inc to do some air conditioning. We didn't accept their bid because we got a better deal with somebody else. We had actually used them before and we were pleased with the work that they did. We had problems with our air conditioning about two years ago. That was when the air conditioning froze up in the summer and they fixed it.

+ -1 moreBrad came out to check on my AC that had died. Brad was very prompt and came out exactly when he said he would. Got a new AC unit put in for my broken one and Brad cleaned up everything when he was done and did a stellar job. Was very professional and courteous.
Description of Work: My AC unit died and needed to be replaced.

+ -1 moreWe had excellent service. They were very, very good. We will go back to them if we have any more problems. They couldn't have been a lot better. They knew what they were doing and didn't try to feed me any stuff. I was an electrician for many, many years. I was outside with the guy and he impressed me. The pricing was reasonable. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. It didn't take very long for him to figure out what was wrong.
Description of Work: We used B & A Heating & Air for our air conditioner. They replaced the fan motor in the outside unit.
