Scott worked with me on my request that the leaves were dry before he came back to mow, trim and also blow off our extra large circle driveway. He did an excellent job on the front lawn! Scott asked me review his work to make sure I was satisfied before I paid. Nice to find someone who is very willing to satisfy the customer! Because of this, I'm having Scott mow for me this year. Topsoil should go down first. If the topsoil is next to your house, make sure the grade slopes away from the house to keep water from pooling against your foundation and possibly leaking into your basement or crawl space.
