 + -1 moreTim has done work for us multiple times. Sorry to say we did not find him before the work done by others. Basically Tim has had to come in multiple times to fix others poor work. I am thankful we found him. I just joined Angie's list today looking for a plumber and decided to check on Tim. He does not have many reviews but don't let that bother you. Just call him. I highly recommend him.

 + -1 moreMy tenant did not say that she had any complaints. The work was fine. They did everything they said they were going to do, and they did it that day. I didn't really check around on anything, but I am guessing that their price was good. I think they did a really good job, and I had no complaints. I think they showed up on time. I only dealt with them on the phone.
Description of Work: I used Herbert Heating & Air Conditioning to install a new heat pump in my rental property.

 + 0 moreThe repairman came as promised. HE was very friendly and professional. He checked the A/C unit and discovered the blower had malfunctioned. He called the supply company and they said they would not have that blower until the next week. He called around and found another blower. He came back a few hours later and installed it. He did not charge me for another installation and said he would not because it was in warranty. THis was good, because I've had other repair people want to charge me another service call, even though it was for a defective part. THe repairman cleaned up after his work was done and the a/c has worked great ever since. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I had called Herber Heat and Air about 6 months previosly because the blower motor went out on our central unit. The repairman came the next day and replaced the blower. the blower went out 6 months later so I called them back. They had a repairman come and he examined the blower. it was still in warranty. He went and got a blower and came back that evening and replaced it. He did not charge me for installing the new blower.
