They wouldn't come out to do the work.

Excellent job! I have a Lennox heat pump system. Parts for it are difficult to get, and sometimes impossible. First my fan on furnace in attic started rattling. Mr. Henson came right away, found a used fan, and had it going again in a day. A month later, the thermostat went out. Again he was there the same day I called. He rigged me up so I could manually turn the A/C on and off until the part came in from Lennox. After spending hours trying to make a Lennox thermostat work (Lennox does not make replacement thermostats for my system any more), Mr. Henson finally went through Carrier and adapted one of their thermostats to operate my system. He also had to install a pump in the attic to remove excess water from the catch pan due to a bad design. I cannot sing his praises enough. He came promptly each time and made sure I was kept cool. He is extremely knowledgeable and is able to handle unusual problems.
