 + -1 moreWent well. Removed fan unit from HVAC system. Took the fan out of the house and thoroughly cleaned it and reinstalled. Problem solved.
Description of Work: Determined that intermittent noises in A/C fan was caused by dirt and then thoroughly cleaned fan. Have used this company 2 other times for A/C & heating service in the 2 years we have lived here and are very satisfied with the quality workmanship. He is very busy and it has taken time to get our service done but we did not have any issues requiring immediate attention.

 + -1 moreThis guy knows his stuff. I have used him over and over and over. I have more than 50 rental properties both commercial and residential and I use him exclusively. Punctual, friendly, honest,more than fair. Don't hesitate to call him for jobs small and large.

Description of Work: All contacts with Mr. Wells was either by phone or email. He described three levels of products with detailed specifications, warranties and prices. He replaced a red-tagged gas central heating unit and air conditioner in one of my rental houses with new more efficient units and saved me nearly $2000 over a competitors written estimate for identical products and warranties. Mr. Wells was prompt, personable and had the whole job complete from first contact to completion within a work week. The work was performed during a record breaking heat wave.

 + -1 moreWe have used him several times. He is very friendly. He'll be there when he says he is going to be here. He has a reasonable price. He has to get the parts, return, and then replace it. We would tell others that he is very reasonable, very friendly, and courteous. He does a good job.
Description of Work: Wells Service Co repaired a furnace at one of our rental houses six months ago. He also installed a new furnace air conditioner in our primary home two years ago.

 + -1 morePlaced the call to his business due to the AC not working. Arrived at my home the same day. Diagnosed the problem. He had the part in his truck. Replaced the part and the AC worked fine.
Description of Work: Diagnosed the problem of the AC unit not coming on. Replaced the part and service was complete.
