An ice storm or a big wind could cause serious damage or injury so I called Jeff who had done an excellent job removing three other large trees for me earlier. Jeff’s crew arrived on schedule, quickly and safely downed the tree and completely removed the tree and all debris…clean job. I can highly recommend Jarvis Tree service for their efficiency and professionalism. Thank you Jeff and crew…Well Done

Description of Work: When I first called, I was told that Mr. Jarvis goes around on Fridays to give quotes. He showed up the next Friday as promised and discussed my situation and gave me a price. No specific date was set for the actual work. | |I did not hear from them again until I called and asked when the work would be done. I was told it was waiting to be scheduled. The next day we got a call that they would be out in a couple of days. | |We received a call when they were on the way and the crew showed up on time. They were careful driving through our yard and did not damage any of the landscape. The crew had four men in two trucks with buckets. They worked quickly and carefully. I contracted to have three big trees cut down and cut in small pieces. They did exactly as I asked. The cost was $400, which was billed by mail. | |Other than the uncertainty of when they were to come out, this company was very professional and did good work. I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreOn the scheduled morning, the crew chief called us 45 min before they arrived. There was a 7 man crew, and each knew exactly what they were doing. They brought a cherry picker, a stump grinder, a truck for the wood, and a small tractor to move the large logs. They removed about 15 full grown trees of various sizes, a field of pine saplings and ground out 7 stumps. They also trimmed back a couple of large trees over the driveway. There work was excellent - everything done as promised and the clean up was amazing considering the amount of work they did. All work was completed w/in 4 hours. At one point, I went to talk to the crew chief and asked him to add one more tree and two stumps - not a problem! Very professional job at a fair price.
Description of Work: First of all, they called back the same day that I left a message and scheduled the estimate for later in the week. Mr Jarvis walked the property with us, listened to what we wanted done and answered all of our questions. He gave us an estimate on the spot and told us his office would call us when their schedule is finalized for the next couple of weeks - which they did.
