Description of Work: Placed carpet in our church. Excellent job.

Description of Work: I had them mix some paint to a sample color and code. The paint color did not match. I asked them to tint appropriately and got the response from the paint guy "that's not possible"....I know it is as I used to mix paint for a local hardware store when I was in college. The paint mixer was abusive, intolerant and generally arrogant (should be fired) and still did not mix the paint to the color required. I ended up buying tint and blending it myself. This is not the only department in this store that has employee issues: Plumbing and electrical have people working there interact poorly with the public as well (i.e. They don't help and are generally sarcastic...They shouldn't be working in a public facing department). I don't think I will visit this home center for any reason and will travel however far it takes to get materials... However, FL Davis in Greers Ferry has staff that are extremely helpful and professional. If you live in or around Heber Springs, Arkansas, I'd suggest driving the few extra miles to get to that store and avoid the Heber Springs store!
