It seems to be consistently effective, and if we have a bug in between times, they will make an extra trip for nothing. We have been using them for 25 years or so. There have a been a few changes. The main thing that is important for us has been consistency. Having the same people working there who do good jobs, who guarantee that if you have bugs in between times, or have a problem, they will come and take care of them for nothing, and that is important for us. We have been satisfied because we don't have bugs of any kind, and I am bug fanatic, I don't want bugs around. The quality is excellent. They are always here when they say they will be here. They are very professional. We have a standing contract with them.

I have been using their services for over twenty years. On the last visit, the technician was in the area and available two hours before the scheduled an appointment. He called and offered to come earlier that day and I agreed. It was not an inconvenience. I had an annual bill for about $300 and he cut the cost in half for that and the next year without me having to ask. The technician walks around and completed a thorough inspection. He went into all of the interior rooms and checked all around the exterior of the home. Initially, there were some infestation and the treatment took care of the issue. They had only treated it the first year and he comes back each year for inspection. The treatment has held up very well over the years, considering I live in a very heavily wooded area and the house has not had any issues since. The treatment comes with a guarantee warranty as well and they will treat again for no additional costs.

I have been with their services for over ten years. In the beginning, they were a great service. However, in the last few years, their customer service has degraded greatly. They have a hard time keeping chemical technicians. So, the knowledge and expertise with the technicians can vary. We had one technician who continued to run late to the appointment. He would call and say he would come out the next week, but he never came and the treatment was not completed that quarter. Our contract with them ran out a couple of years ago and they still come for the treatments, typically when we are not home. They let us know they have come by having an automated calling system contact us by phone. I had wanted to have them come for the treatment while we were home so that they could complete the treatment on the interior. Generally, they are a good company. They are clean and professional. However, I am going to cancel their service and go with a local company where we can get so much more with the service for a lot less in costs.
