Description of Work: Replaced heating system Spring of 2014. Found out when we returned to our seasonal home in Dec 2014 that it was not heating correctly. Had to call them twice before they found all the holes in the pipe that allowed the freon to leak out causing the system to blow lots of cold air before the secondary heat kicked in. That seemed like sloppy work to me. This trip, in June 2015, we found some of the old heat duct work in the attic of the garage. This should have been hauled off by them and not left for us to do and pay for the privilege of hauling it off.
