Very nice man , he explained what went wrong with the other air and heat unit. Lasted longer than they usually do so got my money out of it. Very happy with the over all visit.

We will continue to use them.

They were very professional, completed the task, and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it.

TUCKER IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY ONE COULD DO A WHOLE LOT WORSE. DON'T USE CONWARDS 72 DEGREES.

The heat was not working properly, but the system was 24+ years old, and not all the parts for the old system were available, even had I chosen to make repairs. There was a tax advantage since it was a high efficiency system, so I accepted their diagnosis. My parents had done business with Tucker, and had trusted them implicitly. I know they are honest because on a recent occasion a contractor had apparently turned off the power to the heat pump and forgot to turn it back on, with the obvious result that the heat was very slow to come on and the fan was blowing cool air until the propane furnace kicked in. They could have parlayed that into some kind of expensive repair by not mentioning what the problem was; they could have said any of a number of gadgets needed replacing or something, but did not do so. They are straight shooting, honest people. They respond as quickly as possible even though I am way out in the country (about 20 highway miles from their shop.) On that occasion, it took two visits, the first to diagnose the problem, and a second to install the new system, since they obviously don't carry such parts on their truck. They came when they said they would, and maintained good communication. A+ for Tucker.
