+ -1 moreAgent was very patient and professional. Agent spent several months showing us a large number of homes before we located the best one for our needs. Agent did an excellent job of knowing our likes and dislikes and finding us homes that fit those the best.

+ -1 moreMelissa was in constant communication with us and never left us with any unanswered questions while we were in the home buying process. She knew what was going on in the housing market and very knowledgeable about the houses we viewed. She is honest and determined. She made sure everything was done in a timely manner. In fact, when the sellers vacated the home earlier than expected, Melissa made sure to get us the key, even though it was 9:00 pm. She is so hard working and dependable. Melissa is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with and we recommend her wholeheartedly!
Description of Work: Melissa Collins with Harp & Associates contacted us before our move to Harrison. She worked diligently to find a rent house for us. Melissa provided us weekly listings of houses in our price range while we waited for our home in central Arkansas to sell. Melissa took us to view a countless number of houses and never complainted of the quantity. When we were able to make an offer on a house in Harrison, Melissa provided us with great information and guidance. She even performed services that were the seller's responsibility (scheduling the carpet cleaning and floor refinishing) to ensure that they were done in a timely fashion. Melissa went above and beyond what we expected and we were thrilled to have her represent us as buyers and as renters. We recommend her services and will use her services in the future if the need arises.
