Description of Work: The earlier experience was installation of an outside wood-fired furnace. The way it was wired allowed the water to be circulated continously in the loop thereby keeping the wall warm near where the thermostat was located. The rest of the house got quite cold before the fan would engage to circulate the air throughout the house. I rewired the unit myself so the water would begin to circulate a few moments before the fan kicked in. (Utilized the sequencer if you're familiar with it). The second experience was a problem we had with the heater at our church. After servicing it, we still had problems with inproper operation. After a couple attempts at fixing the problem we had another HVAC service repair it properly. The business was fine when Ken would do the work or at least go out on the jobs, but now that he has grown, apparently his employees are letting him down.

They were the people who installed the air conditioner in the first place. We checked with the realtor and the builder, we just back tracked, found out who put the systems in here, and we just used them. Luckily I did that, because they are good people. They are really good. They charge $75 to come out twice a year and check out the systems, and they once put a new fan in the A/C which cost a couple of hundred dollars. They are very prompt, they get here and check the systems out. When we had the problem with the fan last summer, they came running out and replaced the fan, there was no problem.
Description of Work: We use Conward’s Heating/72 Degrees for our heating & A/C services. We have a contract with them and they come by a couple of times a year to clean our air conditioner and heater. Just before the heating season, they come and check it out.

same as always bad news with this group..
Description of Work: These people are not good. Will take your money and leave you high and dry when you have problems. Their warranties are not worth the paper they are wrote on. Lots of talk and that is all. They operate under Advantage Air also. Company filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy, do you want to be graced with their last job.

Terrible! The unit was not reliable and they never show up on time to do the service. Once they have your money you are left on your own.
Description of Work: After buying the heating and cooling unit from CONWARD'S HEATING/72 DEGREES that offered me a lifetime warranty I was very disappointed to have to wait for 2 weeks for repairs.

Customer we regret that you were not satisfied with the service that was performed on your unit in 2012. In checking with your service records we show your unit was installed in 2008 and other than routine maintenance or filter changes there have been no other issues with your unit. The two week delay in replacing your coil in 2012 was due to the fact the part had to come from the manufacturers warehouse as we do not produce the individual components of your unit. We did in fact ensure that refrigerant was in your unit so you would have cooling until the part came in so you would not be uncomfortable while we waited for your repair.
