+ -1 moreI called and left a voice message that I had no heat. I wasn't very long before he returned my call and made an appointment to come and take a look at it. Fortunately, it was an easy fix. He took care of it and everything has worked fine with no problems since.
Description of Work: My heater stopped working on a very cold winter day! He came out and fixed it on the same day that I called. He has worked on my furnace before, is always professional and courteous.

+ -1 moreIt went well. the repairman was able to come after school and worked around my schedule.
Description of Work: My refrigerator was not working, Collins came in 2 times, first he thought it was a relay, he replaced it and charged about 100. However it was not the relay, it was cooling can on the freezer. The amount I paid for the first bill was applied to the bill for the fan replacement.

+ -1 moreIt's advertised all the time on Channel 16. All of a sudden, I got up and the furnace quit, I had just bought one, but it went out. The guy they sent out was courteous, professional, did the job, did it well, and already had another thermostat with him. He's really good. The pricing is excellent. I give them the highest ratings and will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I just used them. They installed my thermostat, cleaned out my furnace, and checked the freon.
