+ -1 moreWe had our furnace go out and the weather was getting colder. Called All American and they arrived immediately. They ordered the new furnace and replaced it 3 days later. The installers were polite and professional, removed the old equipment, and it was great to have heat so quickly. I had originally called another service in town. They did come out immediately and said it would be installed within a week. However when I had not heard from them after two weeks I called them. They said they were dealing with emergencies and would come the next week. The excuse the next week was they were low staffed due to illness. We had 8 weeks of such excuses and the weather was getting cold at night. I am very happy we ended up calling All American. They were so responsive AND cost us $200 dollars less. I will definitely be using them in the future for any heating or A/C issues we may have.

+ -1 moreImmediately after closing on our house they installed the unit. It was the hottest week of the year last year, even worked late to get the system running since my wife was almost 9 months pregnant. Steve is probably the best havoc guy we could of picked, his quote was several thousand less than others for more efficient and better equipment. Every concern we have had has been handled (all have been small non serious issues, mostly getting use to new system) definitely a trustworthy company to use.

Description of Work: Installed new central heat and air. Removed and hauled old system. High efficiency furnace (95%) and 15 SEER A/C. Installation very good. No mess. No trash left behind. We are very pleased.
