 + 4 moreDoesn't use a laser level to build pads. He uses the "eye ball method". Pad ended up being 18 inches off on one side he refuses to fix it. Would never recommend this guy. Stay away. Doesn't understand compaction and diversion of water had to ask him to fix things that an experinced operator would have done to begin with. In it just for the money.
