+ -1 moreThe replacement went very very well.It was cold like about 22 wind blowing.Mikah worked until about 9:30 that night to complete the job so We could have heat.He put Us before His own comfort that in My book says it all about Mikah.Can trust Him to deliver on His promises.
Description of Work: Mikah replaced the whole hvac system.

Description of Work: This repair was covered by our American Home Shield. I wasnt able to be seen the first day (a thursday), and by the next day it was too cold to check our units. So he came on Monday-which was fine. Mikah said our units needed freon, which he then filled. I asked how the freon leaked out as we had the units charged at the end of the summer and he said that over the winter the heat causes little leaks and that the freon then leaks out. He said this was normal and that instead of fixing the leaks it is cheaper to just fill with freon, (according to American Home Shield). So he filled them and left. Hope it lasts.
