+ -1 moreMr. Hillis has refused to even talk to me claiming it is because I have other issues with the contractor. I do and am trying to get all of the problems fixed. Mr. Hillis hasn't even come out to see the floors. I had to contact the distributor of the stain and he had me perform the "test" to see what had gone wrong. I was told that the stain is coming off because Mr. Hillis had failed to clean the floor properly prior to the staining.
Description of Work: He did my stained concrete floors and they are a mess. The finish and the stain started coming off within one month. The distributor of the stain has told me that he did not clean the floor properly prior to the staining. The distributor rep told me that Mr. Hillis says he will not do anything because of "other issues" I am having with the contractor who built my house.
