SELBY'S APPLIANCE SVC

The latch on my son's front-load washer was broken. I called Selby's on Friday with the Model #. He ordered the part. He worked with my part-time work schedule and we agreed on Wednesday of the next week. He arrived on time and performed the work in a matter of minutes. He also told me that the hinges on the door were getting worn and to be sure to lift up on the door when closing it. I passed that information on to my son. The door part was the biggest portion of the bill. I was pleased with the company's performance and would call them again.

Steve understood the problem, over the phone, came by the same day and fixed the dryer.

Called up Selby and explained my problem (starting microwave would turn on light and count down the timer, but wouldn't heat or turn on the fan). They immediately asked if I had a Frigidaire and knew that it was a door switch. Stated up front what a service call would be and how much the part was. Came out and did the work in about 10 minutes. Excellent service.

Called on a Friday afternoon for service call. Agreed to the following Tuesday afternoon. Never heard on Monday night for the confirmation time of the appointment. Called them Tuesday morning to find out what time he would be at my home. Asked my address again and then told me he wasn't going to be able to make in on Tuesday, how about tomorrow. Unprofessional!
