Owner operated. Craftsman, not salesman oriented. The man you see and hear on the phone and see at your house is the same guy who does the work. I wont leave the outcome of your job to chance by putting it in the hands of some hourly worker who may or may not care about quality because hourly workers usually care about one thing - getting more hours. If I don't do it myself, I have quality sub contractors THAT I DO NOT MAKE ANY MONEY FROM, who I refer the work.
I saw Chad's post on Craigslist and called to interview him. I was reluctant to call at first due to the Texas telephone number and no local permanent address, but after a short conversation, I was impressed and decided to give him a try. Chad came over that after noon and surveyed my ideas and came up with a plan and price right away. We had decided it best to wait until after the Memorial Day weekend to begin as I was expecting out of town houseguests. Early Tuesday morning my doorbell rang and Chad was there ready to begin. After a brief discussion and reviewing the contract, I gave Chad a check for supplies and materials. After about an hour, he retuned with everything to do the job and began work. Both handrails were finished by the end of the day and Chad returned early the following day to build and install the shelving unit, which was done by mid afternoon. Chad explained to me that he had visited our area and fall in love with it and decided to move here to estalish a residency and build his business. I thought back to the Spring of 1978 when I had done the same thing, so I was determined to give him a chance. Chad did not disappoint me and I will call him when I need additional work done.....His craftsmanship is superb.. Call Chad when you need most any kind of household repairs or remodeling done...You will be happy that you did...
