Great company

It was great. We live out in the country and have issues with our well freezing up. This company has gone above and beyond with their help. They also offer suggestions on what you can do to prevent things from happening with your well/pump in the future. Highly recommended if you are in their service area.

This is the second time I have used them and they have done a great job each time.

Prompt, good work and price was good

I had a leak in the power head on the water softener cylinder. They had to order the part which took a couple weeks to get in. I had to follow up with them several times to get updates on status and to get them scheduled to come out to install. But, in the end it was fixed accurately and all is good.

This morning I get in the shower and within a couple of minutes I had no water! I call them up at 6:50am based on Home Advisor’s ratings. A live person answered the phone and they were here by 9:30 and fixed my pump by 1pm! Chase was fantastic to work with!

This is our first time using Beaver Lake Pump Service, and so far they have earned all 5's. They contacted me with 10 minutes of my posting, came when they said they would, and took the time to find the problem, develop a plan, and execute it. They were fair on their pricing, and explained different scenarios up front before doing any work.

Excellent service, the tech was very knowledgable and went right to work. Good repair, only fixed what I wanted fixed and is providing an estimate for replacing the pump. You cannot go wrong getting them to perform your pump install or repair.

Like other comments previously stated, Brad got right back to my email request after they opened, on a Sunday!!! He walked me through the problem, which I was then able to fix myself. I have used them for the 6 years I have owned our property, that has a well house, numerous times and each and every time they have been prompt, courteous, and the prices reasonable and fair. I recommend them without any reservations!!

They tested our well water, answered our questions, and installed a treatment system specific to our needs. They did not try to sell us additional equipment we did not need. I located the company through a reference of a friend who was very satisfied with the work they did on his well pump. I would recommend.

This company is very dependable and does excellent work. The well team that fixed my water was very knowledgeable. They came out after a storm and fixed our water the same day. Really liked the owner. He came out and turned off my leak right away. He sent a tech out the next day (my well is just for watering, so an instant repair was not necessary). The tech Michael did a quality job on the repair.

these guys are great they don't do more than need and I don't charge an arm and a leg. the awesome for women they don't take advantage of us they do what's right God bless!
