Donny from Westark arrived promptly and went to work. 30 minutes later he was driving away, with my drain unclogged and not a sign that he had ever been there. Excellent service and the folks couldn't have been nicer. The amount I was charged included getting to my house which is in the middle of nowhere and I feel it was a just amount.

Both repairs were done to our satisfaction and we can use both the shower and the toilet without any leaking. Both jobs were completed within an hour including the time it took to go get a part. The repairs were done today 9/5/17 so we haven't had a chance to determine if this holds up. However, I am very pleased and optimistic that we will have no further problems with these issues anytime soon. Good job, guys!

First let me state that my major complaint is not with the work itself but with how long it took and with the fact that, 2 months later, the company has still not come back out to do the finish work to fill in the trench now that it has settled. There is still a hill of dirt in my yard. From what I can tell, the new drain to the city line is good now. I know the clean-out works well because soon after the work was done, we had to call them out on a weekend to unclog the pipes to prevent more sewage and water backing up into our basement. (The clog was apparently in the old section of drain that had not been replaced or cleaned out. They charged us because they do not do warranty work on the weekend. That's another unsatisfactory experience.) The work itself took longer than anticipated. Because of the age of the house and where the sewer line came out from the house, the pipes were buried much lower in the ground and a larger digger had to be rented to finish the work. This was predicted by the lead workman and he estimated it would take 2 days. It took 4 days to complete the line work. The workmen were only actually working at the jobsite for half of each of those 4 days. I appreciate that they reconnected the lines so that we were not without use of our toilets and water during the nights. I was told that after a couple of rains to settle the dirt replaced in the trenches, someone would come back out and fill in with the rest of the dirt. We have been told on two more occasions that someone would be out by the end of a week. To date, no one has returned. On three of the nice, dry weekends, my husband and sons have used shovels and a wheelbarrow to at least level out the space my husband usually parks his vehicle and other areas so that our back porch does not flood during the rains. My husband and I have both had conversations with the owner and, although she has been professional to talk with and has apologized, the problem still remains. Our yard is 75% dirt today. If I were to have work done again by them, which I will not, I would definitely wait until I was completely satisfied with the finished product before paying the remaining 50% of the invoice.

I had this provider come out to inspect a clog I had in a drain. They ran a rooter down and informed me that I had holes in the pipe and that they would have to run a camera down to see where the holes were. They ran the camera down and it got stuck! I had to pay them for that service call ($165.00). They then informed me that I would have to wait a week until their boss returned to get the camera. The manager came out and instead of trying to get the camera out, they cut a hole in my kitchen floor to retrieve the camera. I had to pay them $800.00 for that work and I was assured that the $800.00 would be deducted for the final payment. The insurance company asked the provider for a break down of the services and they consistently did not send the proper information. After the fourth time, I called another plumbing company. They gave me an estimate within 24 hours and did the repairs. To this date, I still have not been refunded or contacted by Westark Plumbing. Although the technician were professional, the management was not.

They are really good. They are really quick and not as expensive as the rest of the plumbers. The last time I used them was really good. They came out that day and got it taken care of immediately. Their service cleanup was professional.

They have very informative--esp. when camera used to examine lines. They are always very courteous. Office staff polite.

Went Fantastic. We utilized their services as part of us performing our due diligence for purchase of a home on rural property. Michelle and Robyn were great to work with and answered ALL of our questions. Additionally there were some unique issues pertaining to this inspection that required extra coordination with the sellers and extra care to not disturb landscaping and minimize the "footprint". Westark's work was very important in helping us evaluate the home septic system and I would recommend them to anyone else.

We moved into this house recently, and was told there was an under-floor heater - one of the water heaters circulates hot water under the floor to warm the tile in the winter. But we could never figure out how to make it work. And, the day before, the dishwasher started leaking. The technician found that the seal around the dishwasher door was loose, and he popped it back in. And then he showed each of us in turn how to turn on the 2nd hot water heater and how to turn on the circulator. Downside - they do charge for miliage outside of the Ft. Smith area.

The technician that came out to pump the septic was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and explained what I had to do to prevent it from happening again. It was incredibly hot outside and he still did an excellent job and took his time, even in the heat. I was impressed with his upbeat attitude and his shirt that read "We Say No To Crack" on the back, which made me laugh. Gotta like plumbers with a sense of humor. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a fair price, knowledgeable service and upbeat plumbers.

They were able to unstop the drain in no time. Very nice young man. I would definitely use them again.

They did a great job at a fair price

The first time they came out, Bryant and his assistant cleaned out the kitchen sink drains and got the garbage disposal working again. They also discovered the problem with the toilet in the half bathroom. My Mom has Alzheimer's and had thrown numerous things in the toilet. We thought we had gotten everything out, but Bryant found one last item, a makeup compact that was wedged sideways in the drain. The toilet works like new now. They had to come back a couple of weeks later to run the fiber optic camera because it was out for repair on the first day they came. When they came back, Bryant and his assistant ran the camera thru the main sewage lines and then cleaned out the lines. Bryant was very professional and explained everything that he did in terms that I could understand. He even showed me video of the main sewer line after they had cleaned it out. My parents had lived there for 44 years and I can't remember them ever having anyone coming out to clean the main sewer lines, so it really needed to be done. I really can't say enough about how professional and courteous Bryant was. You really need to find a way to clone him and you would have the perfect plumber always working for you. I really appreciate everything he did for me on those days. He is worth whatever you pay him. Probably more. He's is absolutely, without a doubt, the best plumber I've ever done business with. I'll continue to tell my friends about Westark Plumbing and I will especially brag about the job Bryant did. Thank you so much for a very pleasant experience. Plus, your rates are better than most others I've dealt with over the years. I would recommend Westark Plumbing to everyone.

Called Westark Plumbing on Tuesday of last week because every time my washer drained the water would overflow the drain pipe and run down the wall. The lady on the phone was very sweet and said they would try to fit me into the schedule that day, but it might be the next day before someone could come out. She also let me know that either the tech would call before he showed up or they would call back to let me know they wouldn't be able to make it. By the end of business I was again contacted by someone in their office to let me know that it would definitely be the next day. Not only did she call the house phone and leave a message, but she also contacted me on my cell to make sure I knew since I was out of earshot of the housephone at the time. She also said that they would call again the next day to confirm and I requested that they call after noon if at all possible, since I have a schedule where I need to sleep late. Just as I'd asked, they contacted me not long after 12:00 pm to let me know the tech would be out. All of the ladies I dealt with in the office, and I'm thinking there must have been 2 to 3, were very pleasant and wonderful to work with. Furthermore, the tech called within a few hours of my last contact with the office to let me know he was on his way. When the tech arrived he was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. He checked the vent pipe for the washer to make sure there weren't any problems and then snaked the washer drain. He also assured us that some previous work we'd had done hadn't caused any problems, drained the washer twice to make sure he had fixed the problem, and let us know that there was a 30 day warranty in case the clog wasn't completely solved. All in all, this was probably the best experience we've had with a plumbing service, and we fully plan on having them come back to install some fixtures in our second bathroom. Westark Plumbing has definitely gained another customer for as long as we live in the area.

The plumber that came out was professional, worked efficiently, and didn't leave a mess when he was done! There was a scheduling mix up but that was an office problem. I am very happy with the work that was done.

The whole experience with them was very unpleasant. I have since had to work with 2 other plumbing companies, and this has made me realize even more that I will never use or recommend WestArk Plumbing again.

Cory the plumber worked & worked but could not find the problem. Our line had been run for about 275 ft; he had to call his supervisor to bring a longer snake to get to the problem. He was here promptly and finished up.

I have used this provider before. The service men are always helpful, informative, professional, and polite. Coordinating with the main office can be tricky. Both my husband and I will call for services, but they contact the opposite person to whom set up the service call. Also, they have had to reschedule several times. I understand that unexpected things happen, but its becoming a regular occurance for us to rearrange our schedules in order to be home at a particular time for service and either have them show up several hours late, or in the most recent case, three days later. That instance was not an emergency, so no big deal, just frustrating. When we did have an emergency situation they made sure we were serviced on the day we were scheduled, just later than scheduled. Again, the guys who actually come out and perform the services are great. They always give good advise and are very nice.

It was good. They offered a senior discount. They returned our calls quickly.
