+ -1 moreWonderful support - no hazzle, no delays. They stand behind their product and warranty. Excellent workmanship - we were impressed.
Description of Work: We moved into our newly built home 3 1/2 years ago. The windows were made by Harry G. Barr Windows, Fort Smith. A few weeks ago one of our windows began to develop a haze. We contacted them. They quickly found the original order, determined what window was a problem and promply built a replacement window. Within a week, they delivered and replaced the window.

+ -1 moreThis company was horrible to deal with. The job was never completed mainly because the sales person "Mack," claimed that I only wanted 3 windows repaired, when I stated that I wanted all of the windows with moisture in them repaired. When the people came to measure, I confirmed my request with them and when they returned and realized that they missed a few windows and would have to measure and return, I had no issues with that. They did what they said, but missed yet another window. When I contacted Mack, he claimed that I told him not to replace more than 3 windows, he spoke over me and refused to acknowledge his error. When I spoke with his supervisor "Bill," he said that the order says replace 3 windows, so that's all he knows and didn't as much as apologize. It was a terrible experience and ended up costing me much more than their original estimate because they had so many mistakes and errors....which they never apologized for or even acknowledged. I ended up having to contact another local company to come out and fixed Harry G. Barr's mistakes and they did a great job! Don't use this company!!! Their service is even worse than their work!
Description of Work: They repaired windows in my home that had moisture in them and repaired and replaced window screens that had holes, were bent, broken or missing.
