Service Connection

Jess provided an estimate that included all aspects of the project and proved to be inline with the final cost.  Once we agreed to the deliverables the Service Connection team arrived promptly as promised and delivered quality service. 

The first team arrived to clear rooms, lay protective flooring and ready the work areas.  Once the tile, stone and granite were picked, experienced team members handled each step of the remodeling.  In addition to granite counters in the working area of the kitchen I asked for a stone counter/bar to be added - Jess had the quarry cut the stone to our specifications.   In the bathroom they removed the fiberglass shower and replaced it with tile and a fameless door and replaced a window with glass block.The shower door needed to be cut-to-fit and the tile was laid to complement the existing fixtures.

Not only did Jess and his team deliver to the terms of the contract, but they provided services beyond the agreed scope.  Not part of the agreement, but services they provided above and beyond included - electric cable laid for the porch; an additonal electrical outlet in the bathroom; replaced electrical outlets (that didn't match) in the kitchen; painted the bathroom and moved some furniture to/from other rooms.

I'm satisfied.  It looks great.  Service Connection provided excellent, hassle-free service..
