We have hired Sawyers multiple times over the years. This time it was to replace the house shingles and the patio roof. Buzzâ s team did a great job and stayed in touch for material delivery and schedule in the work. The work was great quality, we are very satisfied. Sawyers has done internal renovations, window and door replacement in the last. We have always been happy with the work and the continue to get our highest recommendations. Regina is delightful and keeps us informed.

So they poured a concrete patio a few years ago and splattered little chips of concrete on the brick wall of my house and on screen windows and then ran over the edge of the HVAC pad on their way out. When I reported those discrepancies, the son came out and denied it. I kept complaining and finally the father (owner) came out and seemed very sympathetic, shook my hand and said he would get those things fixed very soon... THAT was over a year ago and have not seen or heard a thing from these people. Once they get your money, you are on your own... they are moving onto the next money-maker and do not care abut fixing any mistakes they make on your property.

Sawyers built us an enclosed sunroom and deck off the back of our house. We like it and use it a lot. It really added value to our home.

I contracted Sawyers to extend my back patio slab and add a patio cover with shingles to match the roof of my house. The teams that came in were all hardworking and efficient. I put work quality down to only 4 stars because the crew doing the concrete left a lot of dirt/mud spots in yard as they chose to make dirt pile when digging out area for concrete slab where the probably should have just removed the excess dirt as the went. Also one on the slabs sections that was poured was slightly unleveled. it was good to see that the owner himself came out to discuss the whole project and provide the quote. The roofers were very nice and was able to provide me a last minute quote for some extra work I was wanting done and completed that work on the same day along with the main patio cover project.

The professionals at Sawyers were very easy to wok with. They came out for an initial inspection of my roof and set up the installation time. They showed up on time and provided excellent service. I highly recommend them.

Don't hire this contractor. They do not start on time. In my case, it was weeks later. What should have took 4 weeks, or less, took almost 5 months. He doesn't consult with you on the progress of the construction. I ended up doing and paying for most of the finish work. Sheet rock finishing was very bad, not as agreed to. Put in a lot of hours of work that his crew should have done. Men couldn't even install a screen door on my exterior door. Sawyer did not even have the respect for me, or his crew , to make a final inspection, to see if all work was finished as agreed in said contract.. If you are to contact their office, he is always out of town on family business. Think twice about hiring this contractor. Like most of the contractors around, they just want paid.

The workers took pride in their work and doing the job well. They were polite. They cleaned the site up afterwards and they did all that I expected of them and then some. The roof is absolutely beautiful. I thought it would look great but it actually looked even better than I imagined. Good job guys!!
