+ -1 moreDefinitely will not use in the future. I was told I would be notified prior to installation the time and date installers would arrive. I wasn't. Installers were very unprofessional. Couldn't speak for the cigarette hanging from their mouths. Cigarette butts were left in the flower beds and yard. When told they had installed the down spouts in the wrong places they argued that's where they were going. Once the sales rep arrived and lots of discussion they finally agreed to move the down spots. Installers left metal trimmings in yard and on the street. One down spout was to be attached to an underground drain and wasn't. When it rain the water blew all the mulch and dirt from the flower bed. I will have to hire someone to correct. For the amount of money I spent I expected better from a company that had such good reviews on this site.
Description of Work: Installed selected guttering on the front and back of house.

+ -1 moreRob was punctual for estimates and the crew actually arrived ahead of time. They worked through the rain and cold to get the job done, and the job was done right. They explained where we would continue to have issues and why, and Rob returned the next day to finish out a detail they had needed parts for.
