 + -1 moreOur water heater leaked onto carpeting. I called Premier before noon and by 4pm, they had arrived and completed the work by cleaning up the water, shampooing the carpet and deodorizing the area. They left fans to finish the drying. We'll call them to clean the carpet in other rooms.

 + -1 moreIt was good- they did a good job. The workers were really good -they were tow brothers and they were very comfortable to have a round- they weren't creepy or anything like that. They were very good to have in the house - I have no complaints at all, they were great. It took them about 1 and half hours to two hours to finish. I had moved most of the furniture and they moved what was left. They were very reasonably priced.
Description of Work: They did carpet cleaning of three of my larger living rooms, hall way and the bed rooms.

 + -1 morewood floor indicating that we must have done it. WE DID NOT. I felt like he was calling me a liar. Therefore, I would not recommend them even though he refunded most of my money and was a pleasant fellow.
Description of Work: first of all he forgot to call the guy to stretch the bedroom carpet. The cleaners got here before the stretcher, which the owner called after I called him. Said he forgot to call the guy. He did a good job. The cleaners did a terrible job especially around the edges. We have natural gas and they said it caused the carpet to get darker around the edges. They somehow scratched the wood floor in 5 places and I watched them go onto the wood but didn't think anything of it until after they left and then I discovered it. I called the owner and he came out the next day and vehemently denied that they had scratched the floor. He said they couldn't get too close to the baseboards for fear of scratching them. He was pleasant and returned $100. but stuck to his story about the scratches on the wood

 + -1 moreThey did a great job. There were quite a few stains that needed removal and they got them all. Carpet looks and feels great. No sticky residue. Just beautifully clean carpet. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and had a very fair price. Will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned four rooms upstairs, balcony, hall and stairs also. Then master bedroom and a half bath downstairs also.

 + 0 moreIt went great! The carpet looks fantastic; especially since it is old and was very dirty. I also have two dogs that live in the house. Oh, by the way, they also chased my dog down the road, after I was dumb enough to let her out. All in all, it was a good experience.
Description of Work: They cleaned the living room, a hallway, and 3 bedrooms. They also spent some time on a chair & the skirt on a sofa.
