+ -1 moreKens had to put up with alot of nonsence from Frigidaire but Kens was very helpful to us. They were professional and very knowledgable. Would not hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: Cost covered by warranty. Repair on dishwasher rack and tub.

small appliance repair
+ -1 moreWe called Kens Speedy Appliance Service to check out our older washing machine. They came and told us that it couldn't be repaired because there were no parts available to repair it. So we went to Lowes and purchased a new washing machine and out of curiousity my husband called another appliance service and found that the parts were overnight available. The people at Kens lied to us and charged us $71.00 for the lie. We stopped the new washer from arriving and are repairing the old Maytag ourselves. They gave us no choices. They may do great work for someone else but it sure won't be from us in the future.
