+ -1 moreI called to schedule an appointment and get a price quote to fix the upper arm of my dishwasher sprayer & he offered to walk me through it. He said if I couldn’t get it that he would be in my area that afternoon and so just call him if needed. Super friendly and knew what he was talking about as the fix was easy after he explained it which surprised me after I had you tubed how to fix it and didn’t understand it.

+ -1 moreFreddie’s appliance made a service call today to repair our washing machine. We scheduled the appointment last week and he was prompt on the appointment time. We received a call prior to his arrival. He did not leave any parts or trash behind. The amount was less than the original quote. We appreciate this type of customer service!

+ -1 moreThe freezer wouldn't freeze right and was making a lot of noise at night. Freddy and his wife were very prompt, professional and gave us great service at a great price. I don't think the refrigerator has ever run better in it's life, quiet and cooling perfect! Saved us from having to spend $1,500.00 on comparable unit. A lot of companies today don't live up to their slogans, but Freddy's Appliance Repair really is a place "Where Service and Integrity Meet". Great Job!
Description of Work: Freddy's Appliance Repair came out and replaced a part in the freezer side of our 14 year old side by side General Electric Refrigerator.
