The owner Elmer Reyes came with his crew. They were very professional. Mr. Reyes is a very Christian man and conducted himself in a wonderfully Christian way. The cleaning was exceptional. My Reyes and his crew were very courteous and kind. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service.

I have two significant issues with ChemDry. First - they cleaned all of my hardwood floors. Once they were completed and my wife came home, she literally had to sweep all of the hardwood floors. They explained that there may have been some flaking, but what my wife swept up was not flaking; it was dirt. How can the floors be cleaned and leave that much dirt? She literally had 10 or more piles of dirt we had to sweep up. They did offer to refund the cost of the hardwood cleaning, but I still have not received the check. Second - they brought over a black light and showed my wife pet stains from the previous owner in the carpets. I came home and discussed with them. They explained that if I pay an additional $150 for a "deeper" cleaning, that all of the pet stains would be gone. I waited a few weeks and contacted the owner and simply asked him to come over and use the black light and show me that the stains were all gone. He went through multiple excuses why the stains might not be gone or might reappear (quality of the carpet, etc., etc..). All of the excuses were known at the time I asked a very simple question prior to paying the additional monies..."If I pay the additional $150 to do this cleaning, all of these stains will be gone". To which he replied, "Yes". For these reasons, I will never use this company again, and I strongly urge you to keep looking.

We are very pleased with the results and price and we will use Chem Dry again. We are always pleased with the results and prompt service and we call Chem Dry for our personal as well as investment property needs. Professional and courteous service are expected and provided.
