Description of Work: Westwood contracts with another company to plant the tree that I purchased from them. They told me that it would be 3 weeks before they could plant and 3 weeks to the date, they were at my house! The tree is a beautiful addition to my back yard.

For the last 10 years I have had nothing but praise for the tree and all the plants I've purchased from this nursery. I needed to speak to a manager, or was told I needed to, in my inquiry about some particular plants I was looking for. They took my number at the Mission location told me they would pass along to the manager at the Wedington location and have him give me a call. After several days I started calling and asking for him myself. I have left 3 voicemails, none of which have been returned. VERY DISSAPPOINTED in the customer service!
Description of Work: Will not return my phone calls.

I wish I could show the picture of this tree, It looks worse than the first one, is not leafing out well, almost bare on one side and what leaves are on this sparse side are dying. This is as of June 23, 2014. I have no desire to deal further with this company. I will have the tree replaced with another one from a reliable source. I am through with Westwood Gardens and Mr. Russell Black..,
Description of Work: This is a follow up to a previous negative review on this company regarding the same problem.. After contacting the State Attorney's office to get this provider to follow up on promises for 2 years to replace a pitiful $500.00 sugar maple, he did in early April, 2014, The tree was bare root and had not leafed out much and appeared to be O.K.
