Rove Pest Control

rove Pest Control has not performed To my satisfaction. When they came for the first application my expectations were to help with a wasp problem. That was not handled to my satisfaction. This next time, they have not completed their contracted services. I am not at all happy with a concern who acts unconcerned with my business. I will be canceling my service as of this writing. I can do everything this service does myself and do a better job!

They scheduled the appointment instead of me scheduling the appointment so this is why we stopped using them. They do general routes and didn't want people going back and forth so they'd give me a call Friday and say they were coming Monday and if we weren't here they would just do the outside and you had no way to be certain they did the outside. Then I'd have to get a hold of them to do the interior. It was also very difficult to cancel the service, they offered discounts and called and tried to talk me out of it. It wasn't so much the effectiveness of it, it was the efficient. It did not suit the customer, it suited the company. We finished a year contract with them. If I had to call them back sometimes they would come back that day or the next day. It wasn't always the same person each time, they were easy to chat with. The owner was persistent in trying to keep us, they were more business centered rather than customer centered.
